Location: 870 Post Rd, Darien, CT 06820
When: September 14, 2010
Time: 7:00pm–8:00pm

Are you afflicted with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, diabetes, type II diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, digestive disorders, autoimmune diseases, or perhaps hormone imbalances and fatigue?

These chronic diseases, or 'ailments of aging' are the leading cause of death in America, and nearly half, yes half, of all Americans have one or more of these health threatening problems.  Did you know that hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoarthritis, as well as several forms of cancer are not inevitable outcomes of the aging process?

The truth is, these diseases are largely preventable simply by making sound lifestyle changes. Low energy, poor memory, low libido, chronic pain, and weight gain are not signs of aging, but are signs of illness.

Most of these disorders have a common root cause – inflammation!  Not inflammation as in a sprained ankle, but inflammation due to changes in the function of our immune system.  This alteration in our internal chemistry is the common denominator for most of the aliments we all suffer from young and old.

Come learn how these health issues develop, and discover non-drugs therapies as well as 5 lifestyle modifications that can, and will restore your health today!

As part of our 2010 Health and Wellness Lecture Series, this lecture will take place at our Darien Center for Integrative Medicine facility, located at 870 Post Rd., Darien, CT. Please RSVP to kelly @ (203) 655-2659, Seating is limited so call today!
